Minnesota law requires children enrolled in school to be immunized against certain diseases or file a notarized legal, medical or conscientious exemption.
Please be sure your child's immunizations are up to date prior to the start of the school year.

Immunization Requirements to enter Kindergarten
- 3 Hepatitis B
- 5 Dtap (diptheria, tetanus, pertussis)
- 4 Polio
- 2 MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
- 2 Varicella (chickenpox)
Immunization Requirements to enter 7th grade
- all of the above, plus
- 1 Tdap at age 11-12 (Booster shot)
- 1 Meningococcal
Coming new 2019-2020 school year:
- all 12th graders will need a booster Meningococcal
