HLWW School District requires background checks on all school volunteers. The form below indicates your interest to volunteer in our schools. You will be notified when the volunteer background check is complete. The form should be submitted as soon as possible. PLEASE ONLY COMPLETE ONE FORM PER CHILD.  The application process must be completed ONCE EVERY SCHOOL YEAR. Allow 5 to 10 business days for processing. Any questions or concerns can be directed to the secretary at your child’s school or any of the building principals.
